When we unexpectedly decided to get married thousands of miles at a country we’ve never been to before, we barely knew where to begin but then we found Kate. Looking at her work online depicted a Pinterest quality. We knew that she was going to help us achieve the wedding of our dreams. Kate made every step so simple and knew exactly what she was doing. As we boarded the plane we still had apprehension and nerves all was wiped away when we met Kate face to face and we were blown away by our destination wedding in Ireland. (We really do mean blown away. In the strong Ireland winds I felt my veil fly off my head and just when I thought it was lost to the Cliffs of Moher, Kate reached out her hand and snatched it). That is one of many small details taken by Kate to make sure our day was incredible. Thank you Kate, for exceeding our wildest expectations.

"My husband and I are from the States and neither of us had been to Ireland prior to our wedding day, so having an amazing planner/decorator to help us along the way was extremely important. Luckily we came across Kate via a Google search and it ended up being the best decision we made for our wedding.
I sent Kate a few photos of things I liked décor-wise and what I wanted my day to feel like. Kate provided recommendations (for everything from venues, hair/makeup, photo locations etc.), booked all of our venues/services, provided timelines, set up, decorated and did tear-down at the venue all with a smile. Seán and I got engaged in Nov 2015 and with our engagement came a stipulation! “We are getting a wedding planner”! I honestly thought Seán was mad, but it was the best decision we made during our wedding preparation. My understanding of Wedding planner was “destination wedding” but how wrong I was. Kate was truly amazing to help, support and ensure we had the most amazing day regardless if we were based in the town, county, country or continent!! Kate was so wonderful to deal with, it made the wedding planning and build so enjoyable. I would be known to be a perfectionist and what comes with perfection is worry and stress….lots of it!! Kate managed to eliminate any worry and stress for our wedding and some would say Kate was a miracle worker!!
We had researched several wedding planners but speaking to Kate, we felt very comfortable and immediately knew we were in very capable hands. We met Kate for the first time in a wedding venue we thought we liked in West Cork (Kate travelled from Clare without hesitation). We were engaged for 2.5 years and Kate was amazing every step of the way. From that first meeting, Kate knew the relaxed and elegant style we both wanted for our special day and in turn transformed our dreams into a reality.
Kate was just fantastic with helping us pick all our suppliers but also ensuring they matched our budget. It was very evident from day one that Kate was very passionate about what she does and it shone through on the day of our wedding. Kate was extremely professional in her work, but always so approachable that I could ring if I have any concerns or questions. All our suppliers were AMAZING, they had come highly recommended by Kate, and were simple wonderful on the day. From our wedding reception venue, to makeup, to photographer they were all fantastic and amazing to deal with. They all made us feel so relaxed and allowed Seán and I have a day we will never forget.
Kate also completed the décor for our wedding, and it was stunning. Kate blew us away with the elegance of the church, the drinks reception and our evening reception room. It was breath-taking. The amount of comments we received about our décor had us in awe. We had no worries transporting the flowers from the church to the venue, Kate was behind the scenes managing and arranging it all. When Sean and I walked into our reception room we were speechless, our top table was just spectacular. It was so evident to see Kate’s attention to detail in our amazing wedding décor.
I could not recommend Kate enough, I have never been as relaxed as I was the day of my wedding and that was down to all the preparation Kate had done beforehand. I had nothing to worry about, and I was beaming (how every bride should be) the day of our wedding. Kate had my bridal party and I so relaxed the morning of, we were able to thoroughly enjoy this special moment. The messages, phone calls and letters we received after our wedding thanking us for such an amazing day, we could not believe everything went off “without a hitch”. Seán and I would not change a thing for our wedding. Thank you so much Kate for exceeding expectations and allowing Sean and I have a day only dreams are made of. We are forever grateful for Kate’s amazing work, reassurance and support throughout our wedding planning.

We arranged for Kate to do our wedding day co-ordination and we were so glad we did. We were only sorry we didn't have Kate from day one! We met Kate at our rehearsal in the church the day before and from the moment we met Kate, she made us feel totally at ease. SO warm and SO friendly. She was in control having only met us a few minutes ago and made what I thought would be a bit of a mess into a fun, organised and timely rehearsal.
The morning of the wedding when hair and make up were arriving, Kate (who had been there for ages making sure everyone was fed, happy and on time) calmly said "So, your makeup artist for the bridesmaids cancelled last night". Before I could have a meltdown she followed with "But its okay, I've arranged an even better one and she's already here". The bridesmaids makeup was stunning! Kate had fixed a problem I didn't even know existed. That is just one of the reasons no one should be without Kate on the day. Nobody will believe this as it seems like one of those wedding day disasters that couldn't be true - but I SWEAR - the wedding car carrying my Dad and I broke down on the way to the church on the side of the motorway!! Luckily (and unusually), the maid of honour and flower girls were behind us in their car which stopped behind us. Before an emotion even set in, Kate pulled in on the hard shoulder and calmly took the maid of honour and flower girls in her car, while Dad and I took the maid of honours car. It all happened in 3 minutes I would say. To say Kate was a wonder-woman that day would be an understatement. She was there until every last detail was done and perfected.
We truly could NOT have been without her! Whether its the 'Day of' or full planning (I recommend the latter). Kate will be the best addition to your wedding day, you could ever hope for. The day would NEVER have been the day it was without her.

I explained what I wanted and sent my Pinterest right over. She made every part of our day even more wonderful than I had imagined and expected. From her chosen vendors to her classy taste and spunky attitude, she was a highlight of our day and our wedding. Without her, I can only imagine how the day would have went. Planning a wedding is a big undertaking, if you add in that you are planning a destination wedding thousands of miles from home, it can feel like a huge risk.
From the start of hiring Kate to coordinate and oversee the process we felt totally at ease. She is a fabulous person who made the whole process seem easy. We had a vision for what we wanted and communicated to Kate those wishes and she made it happen, every detail! I can not tell you what a relief it is to have someone with such vision and creative thoughts working with you.

We had our dream wedding at Dromoland Castle and Kate Deegan was highly recommended by the castle coordinator. We first met Kate months prior to our big day when we arranged to meet her at Killashee House. Unfortunately we gave Kate the details of another hotel several miles away from the meeting point and when we realised our mistake and informed Kate, she was not phased at all and she continued on her journey from Limerick to meet us. The weather was horrible that evening yet Kate arrived on time with a smile on her face despite our confusing arrangements & directions. From that moment on, we realised that we could not have had our dream wedding without Kate by our side for each and every step of the way. Not once did Kate complain or react badly to ALL of our questions, suggestions, changes and even on the day of the wedding Kate would drop everything at a moment’s notice to run from one end of the castle to the other, whenever we needed her. Kate made everything so easy and relaxing for us both on our big day.
Kate is so incredibly professional and attentive and wonderful in every way. Kate made every moment enjoyable and we could have a laugh together yet still being serious as we planned our big day.

Once we picked our dream location we were recommended to use Kate to help with coordinating our wedding from the UK. As I was pregnant with baby number 3, I thought we could do with a little help with pulling it altogether and we definitely hit the jackpot with Kate! After our first initial email I knew we were destined to work together as she was also due her third baby on the same date as me!
Kate was always so patient with us, as I was focused elsewhere for much of the lead up to the wedding. She accommodated all the changes and helped with suppliers and recommendations for the locality. We booked Kate to co-ordinate on the day of the wedding also and be our go to person and this really was a blessing. Kates calm demeanour meant that I could totally relax and enjoy the day without having to think of all the details. She was there holding my hand every step of the way and making sure things ran smoothly. She was an absolute delight to work with, nothing was ever too much trouble and she really made the whole experience so much better. Honestly I don't know what I would have done without her on the day and would highly recommend Kate to any bride to be!

''Planning a wedding with 2 young babies is no easy task! Having Kate on board to help us bring everything together on the day was the smartest wedding related decision I ever made 🙂 Having a very definite idea of what we wanted to achieve for our wedding Kate was happy to talk through all our ideas and make suggestions where appropriate. Her manner is soft, warm and she's very approachable but also there's a no nonsense & sensible attitude there too which comes in handy when dealing with tricky suppliers & venues. 😉 No matter what your budget is she can make things work and boy does she work hard for a living! A genuine passion shows through in her work. Her attention to detail was always on point.
Looking out from my suite window the morning of the wedding & down onto the beautifully manicured lawns our ceremony was being set up, my breath was taken away by the sight. Using a mixture of our own materials we sourced for the day, some pieces from the venue and some carefully selected items from Kate's collection of wedding of essentials (which you can hire from her for the day) she really understands how to pull together a wonderful setting.
We had some teething problems with our venue in the lead up to the big day and having Kate involved as a third party was an extra comfort for us. In the end everyone worked together to help us achieve a truly memorable experience.
Can't thank you enough for being there on the day Kate to deal with all those little bits it was just impossible to manage myself with two little 'angels' demanding the spot light. I would happily recommend Kate and her team.

Hello to all the brides and grooms that are reading this testimonial. It can be really daunting and overwhelming trying to decide which supplier to choose. You can spend hours and hours searching for the perfect one and after a certain point it can all start to feel a bit like wallpaper!
We were very lucky; we came across Kate early on in our research. The moment I made contact with her, I knew we'd struck gold!
Kate is incredible at what she does and so passionate about her work. I secretly think she treats every wedding as if it were her own - no lie! She brings a whole new meaning to exceeding expectations and I can guarantee you she will not disappoint.
Not only is she a true professional, she is such a beautiful person. So genuine and real. You are not just another income for her; you are the reason she gets out of bed every day to do a job she really loves – this is so visible and so refreshing. It’s such an exciting time in your lives, and Kate joins you in that journey in such an authentic way.
One important note which I think is a real concern for many brides and grooms which I’d like to clear up. Price. Price is always a major factor in any decision when it comes to weddings. Kate has some wonderful ideas and you may think ‘Oh, I could do that myself without paying a supplier’…but believe me you can't. Kate's fees for the amount of work involved is extremely well priced and because she's been in the business so long she has fantastic suppliers who give her rates you'll find hard to beat anywhere else.
My parting words to you would be to get in touch with her and let your intuition decide. Everything can be scaled to whatever it is you want, and if you want to save yourself hours of time and stress I can't recommend Kate enough. My bridesmaids organised Kate for us as a gift for the day of our wedding and it was the best gift we could have received. Kate was totally amazing, on hand for things others would not have remembered or noticed. She kept us all nice and calm the morning of the wedding which was great. Being the bride having Kate on hand was just so reassuring and it really did allow me to sit back and relax. Whenever I turned around Kate was there and on hand to make sure that I was ok and also all of the bridal party and our parents. My husband and I planned an international wedding abroad from the United States. We had the privilege of working with Kate Deegan from Co-ordination Made Easy. From the very start, Kate was hands on and listened to all of our visions and expectations. She provided ideas that we hadn’t even thought about to enhance our overall day’s experience. It was an immediate bond and trust with her. Our biggest obstacle was finding a humanist to legally marry us in Ireland. We ran into issues from the very start regarding finding someone who would be our officiant to conduct our ceremony. Right when we thought we had found someone, they pulled out of our ceremony due to differing opinions of the ceremony layout. My husband and I lost hope and assumed we would not be able to find someone to officiate our ceremony, but Kate was working relentlessly behind the scenes to help us find a suitable replacement. Kate found us the perfect officiant for our marriage ceremony. It was truly the most beautiful ceremony we could have ever asked for. It was the greatest gift knowing we had found someone that was able to do our ceremony in exactly the format we wanted. If it wasn’t for Kate’s dedication, I’m not sure we would have had the outcome we so deeply wished for.
Kate’s devotion to us throughout the course of working with her was unmeasurable. We truly can’t thank her enough for everything she did to help make our dreams come true. Anything we asked or proposed as an idea for our special day was always met with answers and helpful suggestions/options. Working with someone as dedicated as Kate is, truly was wonderful. Even though we were worlds away from one another, the planning process was seamless. Kate always set time aside to take conference calls regularly to go over all of our questions and keep the process running smoothly. She arranged everything from the phenomenal hair and makeup team, our breathtaking centerpieces and flowers, decorations, lighting, onsite coordination with our venue representatives, and spray tanning team. She helped us arrange buses to take all our guests to the Cliffs of Moher and our rehearsal dinner at the lovely Knappogue Castle, which she also helped facilitate, and I also can’t forget our amazing wedding DJ she arranged. There wasn’t any detail Kate overlooked and not a moment went by that I felt the day wasn’t going to be anything less than spectacular with everything in her hands. I have to admit, the road to finding Kate Deegan from Coordination Made Easy was a rocky one. After working with two other wedding planners who were 1) completely unavailable for me and my husband and 2) overbearing, we finally found Kate. What a blessing this was! Kate was a pure gem to work with. She has this soft, calming demeanor that is topped only by her organization and professionalism. She was amenable to all of the requests that my husband and I had made for the big day, as well as making lovely suggestions that enhanced the magic of the day. Kate was very responsive to emails and phone calls... even when she was in her first trimester and sick as a dog. I never knew, however, because she was always available to me. My wedding day was the most beautiful, and least stressful day of my life because Kate was always quietly there taking care of every detail. I didn't know until after the wedding was over that she was due to have her baby in less than a week! She did a truly remarkable job, and is a pure joy to work with. I cannot recommend Kate enough.

Intersport appointed Co-ordination Made Easy at short notice to organise and choreograph the social aspects of its international AGM event and Gala dinner. Kate Deegan is an empathetic and enthusiastic professional who very quickly grasped our concept and then developed and enhanced the project. The ideas and flare that Kate has in abundance resulted in a dramatic and beautiful setting and she appointed an extremely professional DJ and other entertainers to impress and enthral our guests. As part of my sister Joannes 40th Birthday birthday present I decided would plan her party. Let me put this into context. My sister is a former miss Ireland and celebrity stylists so she's been to parties over the world from London, NY, Paris to LA hosted by the likes of GQ, Vanity fair to JZay. So I think you get the picture it was no mean task to take on! With that in mind I choose the venue beautiful cloghancastle and theme a "masquerade ball". Although I had great vision for what the night should look like I needed someone who who not only help me create this party on budget but could create something classy, beautiful and memorable. Ladies and gentleman if you want to plan any sort of wedding, party or event please call Kate, as it says on her party planning work hoddie "its a Deegan thing" and it really is!!
To say she is wonderful, organised, capable and trust worthy is putting it mildly. And on top of all that she is a lovely person pleasure to deal with and just so dam calm :-). She really makes it all look so effortless.

I had always imagined a destination wedding with church ruins and quaint small town pub as the ideal location for an intimate wedding reception. My family did not think I could pull it off, but luckily I found Kate Deegan from an online suggestion. She was able to take my dream wedding details and pull it off beautifully. I could not have asked for a more scenic location for our wedding ceremony than Corcomroe abbey. The lovely town of Quin was ideal with Abbey Tavern Pub/Restaurant with a delicious 3 course meal and charming staff. She found the perfect band (Acoustic Ninjas) and Leon did wonderfully on the wedding video. Kate made the planning so easy. I described my vision of the perfect wedding and she put it all into place. Dear Kate,
Katie and I, and our respective families, will forever and fondly remember you for creating such a joyful and magical wedding experience. We had originally been referred to a more flamboyant wedding planner whose vision and ours did not quite mesh. We connected with you about 3 months before our proposed wedding date, which happened to fall right before Easter. Despite the short notice and limitations imposed by the timing of the wedding, you were able to assemble the perfect combination of people, setting, and events. Our day was just so special; a day, which all of us were able to simply relish and enjoy, without worrying about a single detail (and like any wedding there were MANY details). The afterglow of that day and night and our whole experience in Doolin still burns bright a month after the events. Our families still reminisce about each of the unique experiences enjoyed individually and shared as a group. There was something for everyone, bride and groom, our siblings, the children, and our parents.
Kate, you were there with us every step of the way (before, during, and even after the wedding), ever smiling and cheerful, mindful of the details and keeping everything on track. Before the wedding, during the preliminary planning stages, you listened to our preferences, offered valuable suggestions, and always kept in mind our vision. You have the most devoted, pleasant, sincere, and talented network of wedding celebrants, photographers, videographers, drivers (and their vehicles), hair and makeup personnel, musicians, and etc., at your disposal. On the wedding day, you and your crew, took care of every detail, cheerfully kept us on pace, and even recorded the unfolding events with photos and video. We never worried, knowing you were there, and watching over us. Even when the vintage automobile got a flat tire, we took the opportunity to take staged photos of Katie and I changing the tire. You had a happy solution to every obstacle.
I don’t know if we can credit you for the sunny wedding day, but I wouldn’t doubt if you had a hand in that, as well. An outdoor wedding in Ireland, in March, lends itself to disappointment, but the setting and day were stunning. In the movie, “The Princess Bride”, the Cliffs of Moher are depicted as the “Cliffs of Insanity”. An apt name for what we were trying to pull off, but you helped us do it!
Even now, over one month after the wedding, you are following through to be sure we are receiving our pictures and video. We shed tears watching the video and viewing the photographs. You helped us create a wedding experience uniquely ours, authentically Irish and Celtic, and you magically transformed a cold but sunny March Irish day into one of the warmest days of lives. Kate; you, Dara Malloy, Mike Mulcaire, Mike O’Sullivan, Yvonne Casey, and everyone else who had a hand in our wedding planning and delivery will always be remember as dear friends and family.

Kate is simply a pleasure to deal with and certainly it’s a case of co-ordination made easy! She was very helpful in planning our wedding day – once we engaged her she was quick to get stuck in and help us source some key suppliers such as the photographer, the videographer, flowers, hair & make-up, wedding transport, music etc. These are all really important people that you will interact with you on your wedding day so it’s very important that they fit your style particularly from a personality perspective. Kate’s experience and recommendations added extra comfort in making these selections and they simply could not have worked out better. We also had some suppliers in mind ourselves and Kate was very happy to work with our own suggestions while at the same time offering lots of good & complimentary ideas. Kate made us think of things we would never have considered. Kate provided a framework for planning the day itself which was very helpful and ensured that we lived each moment as much as we possibly could. Many people had said to us beforehand that the day goes by in an instant but I don’t think you really realize how quickly it goes until you are off on your honeymoon wondering how did that all happen!?
Having Kate around on the day it-self was invaluable. She was there in the background making sure everything came together seamlessly. She added a much needed sense of calmness to the day – especially for the bride, the morning of the wedding!
Kate, thank you for all your help and support in making our wedding day what we had hoped, wished and dreamed for. Most importantly we had lots of fun. We will relive it time and time again.

Our wedding was a dream come true! Katie and Dara were such wonderful help to us on our leading up to the big day planning months in advance really wonderful knowing we could count on them over seas. Thank You so much for making sure every Detail was perfect pictures also were like right out of a fairytail. We have received so many compliments from people on how spectacular the photos were!
The flowers and make up everything just pulled together just as planned and just as we envisioned it to be. I highly recommend Kate to anyone planning a wedding overseas thank you so much again!

Kate was our night in shining Armour…having been messed around by a previous planner we called Kate who with just two weeks to go before the wedding came to our rescue. With over 240 guests coming from all over the UK & Ireland Kate took control of every aspect of our wedding , from the organisation of a Golf day, and clay pigeon shooting to, finding sunglasses (in February) to walk in to our reception in!!
Her attention to detail, care and ability to keep calm was second to non…we had the best weekend of our lives, in the most fabulous setting organised by the most superb of planners!!!

I must be nuts! Planning a wedding for our daughter, in Ireland, 3,000 miles away from our home in New York, and with a bride who lives in Memphis, Tennessee! What was I thinking! Of course, Ireland is beautiful and we have lots of family there, and the bride really wanted to be married there and in a Castle, but how to get everything done so far away! Oh, did I mention she wanted it outdoors in a beautiful walled garden. In Ireland, where the weather is frequently questionable.
Weddings can be stressful to plan and you have to make so many decisions that it is helpful to have someone who’s opinion you can trust be a sounding board and offer ideas. I love weddings, but so many follow the same pattern…we wanted something a little different.
Someone told me about Kate Deegan. At first when I heard that she was Wedding Planner of the Year, and that she did several celebrity weddings, I was skeptical. I did not want a fancy hot shot who would be a know- it- all, or use up my limited funds with celebrity ideas. One thing we definitely did not want was a showy wedding, just a great time. I have run lots of parties in my life, I was sure I could do it alone. Boy was I wrong!
We met Kate in Ireland last August. We immediately felt she was perfect. Incredibly competent, but “regular”, a natural, gracious, happy,can-do person. She answered all our questions with great patience and wonderful common sense. She knew the Castle we had chosen, she had done several weddings there, and knew how best to coordinate with them….a very important thing. That was it. We were smitten! My husband said that the wedding was for our daughter, Christine, but the Wedding Planner was his gift to me. We couldn’t believe how she just calmed us down. She fully understood what we wanted in a wedding…after all, she has planned so many of them, and she had fantastic ideas.
Over the months, Kate and I, Kate and Christine, Christine and I communicated, mostly by e mail, occasionally by phone. My many long winded e mails always got a cheerful and prompt response. Kate kept us on track. When it was time to make a decision, she gently prodded us to make up our minds, always offering her suggestions, but always open to ours. Don’t get me wrong, Christine and I worked hard on this event…but Kate was a wonder! At the very least, I definitely would have had a twitch without her.
Some may think a wedding is a wedding, but Kate doesn’t. She worked to help us put our own stamp on the festivities. Kate found hair dressers, someone to press the gown after its transatlantic trip, a company to bring the guest on a tour of the West of Ireland, the perfect pub for lunch, with traditional music, a wonderful restaurant for the Rehearsal dinner and farewell luncheon, flowers, cake, linens, chairs, runners, musicians,car rentals,band and DJ, photographer and video guy and so many more things, I cannot even recall all of them. She even found items for the goodie bag. She also got maps and tourist literature for all the guests.. More importantly,she knows everyone who we needed to help us. It would have been impossible for us to accomplish this alone.
She understood that we felt if people made the long trip to join us, they should have an unforgettable experience. Her answer to any idea was always, “perfect” or “brilliant” She arranged the biggest and best surprise of the wedding. My daughter and I love the movie, Love Actually. We always talked about the wedding scene where a surprise gospel choir and musicians play and sing the Beatles, All you need is love instead of a recessional. Well, Kate found a gospel choir,yes, in Ireland, horn players and enlisted the wedding harp and violinists… and we did it! Christine’s look to me when the singing began was priceless…my little secret that could never have been done without Kate.
There are differences between weddings in New York and Ireland. Kate was superbly skilled at melding the two cultures to make the most wonderful wedding. My sister told me that one of my Irish cousins told her it was, “probably the best weekend of her life”. Oh and yes, we had beautiful sunshine and puffy clouds. Kate even arranged for sunshine so we didn’t have to go to her Plan B!
I have two pieces of advice: 1) A wedding planner is a wonderful thing. Get one, she will probably save you money, not to mention keep your stress level down. Hire Kate Deegan. I am confident when I say there is no one better,more competent, more professional and just plain nicer to work with.

Kate made planning a wedding abroad stress-free. We took her recommendations for all our vendors and were not disappointed. In fact, some of our guests even tried to hire her for their weddings on the spot! Kate’s attention to detail left us both at ease and able to enjoy every moment of our big day. Kate, we cannot thank you enough for making our wedding so memorable!

The two best decisions I made about my Wedding Day , were choosing my Husband and choosing Kate. I had a few planners that I’d researched , but once I met Kate, I hired her then and there. (Thankfully! As I had NO idea how much there was to do, and the day would have been very different without her…and not in a good way!) I was to discover later her unflappable professionalism, her network of people that were experienced and talented and could somehow find a way to fit me in … just for Kate … but what I liked instantly about her was her open friendly manner and the energy and enthusiasm that just shone from her , and how she obviously loves her job.
No matter how “out there “ some of my requests were, I got a “no problem” and before the end of the day…problem solved , and another great idea about how it could be even better.
I hired Kate with only three and a bit months to go, (book her now, I just got lucky !), I had just started to realise how much I had to do…made worse by the fact that we were getting married in Ennis , Ireland, My Fiancé was from Rumson, New Jersey, I was from Waterford, Ireland, BUT we were both living in Arkansas. We could never have gotten the people we needed…make up, hair, bands, singers, video, cars, coaches, flowers, tailor…Without her. I changed my mind re fit of dress and had it altered THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING!!!…( Kate, somehow still smiling) .
By the time I met Kate I had started to feel overwhelmed by all there was to coordinate together for just one day… a day that had to be perfect and a day when I would be otherwise occupied ( J ) and unable to sort things myself. Once we had Kate on board I had a weight taken off my shoulders, and was able to actually look forward to the day, (something that I hadn’t really done till then ) and my Fiancé stopped looking at me like I was crazy… I had started to wander around the house talking to myself, clutching printouts of estimated costs and “TO DO “ lists from wedding sites… But after my first follow up e mail from Kate, in which she had all my problems in hand, and a few more I hadn’t even thought about …like CARS! Yes I had forgotten that ! I really began to feel like a Bride for the first time and started to just focus on the fun aspects of the day…everything else was Kate’s problem .
On the day of the Wedding she was there every second I needed her… yet never in the way or visible when I didn’t. I didn’t realise till after how much she’d done, not until my guests and relatives asked who that nice girl was who helped them, or organised something, or was just so much fun. She knew all the things that would make our day perfect, and made it look easy every step of the way. When I looked back for reassurance, just as I was walking down the aisle, and Kate gave me that smile of hers, and a nod, I knew it would be all OK. And it was.
Thank you Kate. We had the Day of our lives. We’ll never forget it. Or you.

"Kate had come highly recommended by friend of mine and she certainly did not disappoint! We knew what we wanted for the tone and vibe of our wedding, but we needed help in bringing everything together for the big day.
The word 'planner' had always intimidated me slightly as we wanted control in what we were planning, but more of a helping hand in facilitating it all; I wouldnt have had a clue where to start on my own! From the get go, Kate listened to every aspect of what we envisaged for our wedding, and was so respectful of our wishes and never ever tried to push anything on us for her own benefit. She was also incredibly savvy when it came to finding the best deals, and gave great advice on what she thought was best to budget on and similarly where she thought we could get the benefit from being a little more extravagant! She was also unbelievably resourceful in sourcing all the little tricks and trinkets we'd talked about, which really made you feel she cared about the attention to detail and individual touch for your special day. Kate was always ten steps ahead of the game and brought a much welcomed calm to the proceedings.
On the day itself, if all you want to do is relax and enjoy every second and not worry about all the finicky organisation details, Co-ordination Made Easy is the answer to your prayers!!"
